EDUCATIONAL QUALITYFICATIONS: B. SC/M.SC CHEMISTRY.
GENDER : MALE/FEMALE
EXPERIENCE : 10Years
AGE : 30-45Years.
COUNTRY /NATIONALITY : INDIAN
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE.
Household, Personal Care, Cosmetics & Toilet Soaps: A blend of technical formulation
expertise, regulatory knowledge, project management skills, and leadership experience. The
industry heavily values experience in product development, from lab-scale formulation to
pilot plant and commercial implementation.
1.R&D Manager SKILLS
 Technical Formulation: Skincare, haircare, body care, Fabric care, laundry
detergents, household cleaners, Cosmetics & Toilet Soaps.
 Regulatory & Compliance: FDA, ISO standards, safety standards (GCP) & EPA
 Project Management: New Product Development (NPD), project planning, timeline
management, cost analysis.
 Tools & Techniques: Analytical testing, sensory evaluation, raw material sourcing,
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
 Leadership: Mentoring staff, collaborating with marketing/sales teams. 
2.Roles & Responsibilities.
 Build and Drive R&D Strategy to ensure product formulations are developed as per
market requirement
 Formulating and Directing overall R&D Program and SOPs in accordance with
Organization.
 Ensure the evaluation of market samples and reporting
 Recommending corrective measures to upgrade existing products based on market
sample analysis.
 Studying existing formulation and upgrading with new formulation.
 Developing new products based on requirement.
 Conducting storage stability for new product.
 Trial carried out for specialty chemicals or alternative chemicals.
 Ensure research and development of new technologies/products to support growth of
business.
 Administers overall R&D deliverables with high Technical Competence.
