Position Title

Assistant Manager/Manager

Key Responsibilities

-      Gathering, Analysis and Documentation of business requirements.

-       Collaborating with all the stakeholders such as Users, Developers/Testers etc to arrive at the workable solution.

-      Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion

Critical competencies

-      Business analyst Experience in Life Insurance Domain..

-      Must have Knowledge of Life Insurance Products and related functionalities required to be developed for any Product implementation in the Insurance Applications.

-      Understanding of Technical aspects of the requirement such as Webservices,API’s in arriving at the solution.

-      Should have working knowledge of SQL Queries execution.

-      Preferably worked in Ingenium, Life Asia Policy Management Systems.

-      Good Oral, Written communication and presentation skills

-      SDLC process Knowledge

-      Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes

-      Good knowledge on MS Office tool set (Word, Excel and Power point)

-      Require adequate knowledge of SQL.

Qualification and Experience

-      B-Tech /BCA/MCA (Graduation or Post Graduation in Technical Stream)

-      Min 3 years’ experience as Business Analyst in Life Insurance Domain.

Key Interactions

-      He would interact with Vertical Head, Application lead, Developers, Business Analysts and Project Teams of SBI Life.

-       

Measures of success

Would be appraised by the way the person provides solution for the Business requirements raised by the users.

Would also be evaluated on Quality of BRS Documentation

Would also be evaluated on BRD changes and issues reported during UAT and Post production.
