Job Title: Senior Executive – HR (Learning & Development)
This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of plant
personnel training through the strategic use of Learning Management
Software. This role ensures that all employees are qualified to perform
their duties by executing induction, routine SOP training, and technical
skill development in strict accordance with Quality Management
Systems and regulatory standards.
Core Job Responsibilities

LMS Administration and Digital Compliance:

Configure and maintain the digitized training matrix within the
software to ensure role-specific compliance for all plant departments.

Oversee the system to ensure all electronic records and signatures
comply with data integrity standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage user profiles and access levels to ensure only authorized
personnel can update training modules or modify assessment records.

Generate real-time compliance reports and training logs from the
system for submission to the Quality Assurance section during audits.

Onboarding and Induction Execution:

Facilitate the plant induction process by delivering digital and
classroom modules to every new employee and worker.

Execute the formal induction schedule covering company history, plant
layout, and human resources policies regarding benefits and
discipline.

Ensure new hires complete mandatory training on current Good
Manufacturing Practices and Data Integrity before they are handed over
to their respective departments.

Training Planning and Scheduling:
-
Manage the preparation and upload of the yearly in-house training
schedule into the system by the end of each calendar year.

Coordinate with Department Training Coordinators to execute training
sessions as per the approved planner and automated system reminders.

Monitor the progress of yearly in-house trainings to ensure completion
within forty-five days of the scheduled month.

SOP and Curriculum Management:

Integrate new and revised Standard Operating Procedures into the
software and assign them to relevant personnel within thirty working
days.

Collaborate with department heads to conduct Training Need
Identification based on specific job profiles and technical
requirements.

Periodically review and update the individual training curriculum for
every site employee to reflect changes in roles or responsibilities.

Assessment, Evaluation, and Retraining:

Administer electronic and manual training evaluations, ensuring that
all trainees achieve a minimum passing score of eighty percent.

Configure automated workflows for retraining when an employee fails an
assessment or when a critical procedure undergoes a major revision.

Consolidate and archive all training evidence, including attendance
sheets and evaluation questionnaires, in a retrievable digital format.

Maintain and verify the authorized list of trainers within the system,
ensuring each trainer is certified by their respective department
head.

Skill Development and Coordination:

Identify and organize behavioral training programs in consultation
with department heads to enhance soft skills and plant culture.

Manage the documentation and tracking of external training programs
provided by specialist agencies or technical experts.

Act as the primary liaison between HR, plant operations and Quality
Assurance to ensure all training documentation meets the site's
standard operating procedures

Job Specification
* B.Pharma or M.Sc. with preferred postgraduate or graduate degree in Human
Resources, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience of 5-6
in an L&D role within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical facility.

Hands-on experience managing a Learning Management System in a
regulated environment is highly preferred.

Technical Competencies: Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Management
Systems, Good Documentation Practices, and Data Integrity protocols.

Proficiency in managing complex training matrices and automated
scheduling tools.
