| Role & responsibilities: |
| 1 Planning, scheduling, monitoring and tracking of multiple construction projects in line with approved timelines and milestones. |
| 2 Preparation and maintenance of Master Construction Programs and baseline schedules for ongoing and tender projects. |
| 3 Preparation of management dashboards highlighting project progress, risks, delays and recovery measures. |
| 4 Preparation, monitoring and updating of annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly look-ahead schedules. |
| 5 Development and monitoring of catch-up and recovery plans for delayed activities. |
| 6 Preparation, monitoring and tracking of procurement plans in coordination with procurement and project teams. |
| 7 Preparation and monitoring of resource plans including manpower, machinery and key construction resources. |
| 8 Monitoring project productivity and performance indicators and highlighting deviations. |
| 9 Preparation of technical planning inputs and submittals for tender projects. |
| 10 Regular site visits for progress validation, issue identification and coordination with execution teams. |
| 11 Identification of critical issues, maintenance of hindrance registers and preparation of EOT documentation. |
| 12 Preparation and circulation of DPR, WPR, MPR, site progress reports and MOMs with action tracking. |
| 13 Implementation and tracking of logistics plans and long-lead material schedules. |
| 14 Preparation of MIS reports and project-level cost-to-complete (CTC) projections. |
| 15 Coordination with commercial teams for budget preparation and checking/certification of contractor RA bills from planning perspective. |
