About the role

We are looking for an experienced Collibra Lead / Senior Developer to join a strategic Data Governance program for a leading bank in Saudi Arabia. This is a client-facing role requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions on the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform.
Customize workflows, operating models, asset types, domains, and governance policies.
Develop integrations using REST APIs and Java components.
Configure metadata ingestion, lineage, and data catalog capabilities.
Support business glossary, stewardship, metadata, and data quality initiatives.
Perform administration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Mentor junior developers and drive implementation best practices.

Required Skills

5+ years in Data Management/Data Governance.
3+ years hands-on Collibra Data Intelligence Platform.
Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, Workflow Development, Metadata Management.
Collibra APIs, SQL, Java/Groovy, REST APIs.
Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and excellent stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

Collibra Certifications.
Banking or Financial Services experience.
Large enterprise Data Governance implementation experience.
