Lead Analyst 6+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end processing and oversight of Capital Calls, Investor Contributions, Subscription Activities, and Equity Distributions while ensuring adherence to operational controls and timelines.
· Record and maintain fund transactions, cash movements, investor capital activity, and portfolio updates in Geneva and supporting operating platforms.
· Manage daily reconciliation of cash, positions, capital activity, and investor balances across Geneva, internal books and records, third-party administrators, custodians, trustees, and agents.
· Review agent notices, trustee communications, administrator reports, and internal instructions to support accurate transaction processing.
· Drive resolution of exceptions, breaks, and discrepancies by partnering with Agents, Trustees, Custodians, Portfolio Managers, Deal Teams, and internal stakeholders.
· Support and review waterfall allocations, equity distribution calculations, carried interest allocations, management fee calculations, and investor reporting activities.
· Lead preparation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), provide process training, and mentor junior team members.
· Liaise with global teams and support ongoing projects, system integration, perform UAT, as needed
· Partner with global stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of operational processes, project deliverables, and client requirements
Required Experience and Skills
· Postgraduate or professional certifications will be an added advantage.
· Minimum 6+ years of experience in Fund Operations, Fund Accounting, Alternative Investments, Private Credit Operations, Asset Servicing, Structured Finance Operations, or related financial services functions.
· Strong understanding of Capital Calls, Investor Contributions, Subscription Activities, Equity Distributions, Waterfall Allocations, Fund Cash Management, Investor Reporting, and Reconciliation and Exception Management processes.
· Hands-on or working exposure to Geneva is preferred; knowledge of DUCO or other reconciliation platforms is an advantage.
· Strong attention to detail, reconciliation discipline, exception management, and ability to work with global teams.
· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Geneva; willingness to learn internal platforms.
· Demonstrated experience working with global teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and handling multiple priorities within a deadline-driven environment.
· CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligation) and/or Structured Finance background preferred.
· Exposure or experience in partnering with Portfolio Managers, Investment Professionals, and Deal Teams to support investment lifecycle activities.
· Understanding of Direct Lending (DL) and Private Credit structures, including investment funding, repayments, restructurings, and portfolio monitoring activities.
