Location: India – Bangalore
We are seeking a Manager, Treasury Program Management, to lead large treasury programs across the global organization.
This role drives execution across treasury systems, bank connectivity, payments modernization, settlement workflows, controls, reporting, exception-based processing, automated dashboards, Sigma reporting, and process improvement.
The Director will lead programs across payments, capital markets, middle office workflows, credit facility administration, loan seasoning, investing, management reporting, and forecasting.
· Lead treasury programs end‑to‑end: Manage planning, execution, implementation, adoption, and post‑go‑live stabilization while overseeing milestones, risks, dependencies, governance, and issue management.
· Own program delivery & governance: Maintain program plans, stakeholder updates, and reporting while translating business objectives into workstreams, requirements, testing plans, controls, and implementation roadmaps.
· Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders: Partner with Treasury, Capital Markets, Middle Office, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Technology, banks, vendors, and service providers.
· Drive automation & exception‑based processing: Reduce manual effort, improve data quality, strengthen controls, and expand automated dashboards, Sigma reporting, and operational transparency.
· Improve payments, settlements & bank connectivity: Enhance payment initiation, approval workflows, settlement instructions, reconciliations, and bank connectivity including SWIFT and ISO 20022.
· Standardize treasury payment workflows: Streamline processes across regions, funds, entities, currencies, and banking partners while reducing breaks and manual intervention.
· Support capital markets & middle office operations: Improve funding coordination, trade lifecycle handoffs, confirmations, settlement tracking, and cash movement visibility.
· Enhance operational reporting & transparency: Develop dashboards and reporting to track funding requirements, settlement exceptions, breaks, open items, and operational risk.
· Improve credit facility administration & loan processes: Enhance drawdowns, repayments, interest tracking, lender notices, covenant workflows, borrowing base activity, and facility utilization reporting.
· Strengthen investing, forecasting & reporting: Improve liquidity planning, investment tracking, cash forecasting, variance analysis, and treasury decision support.
· Deliver analytics & automated reporting: Build dashboards, Sigma reporting, KPIs, executive updates, and treasury operating metrics while improving data flows and reporting quality.
Must-have technical skills for this role include reporting, visualization, workflow, automation, and testing capabilities across the treasury ecosystem, including automated dashboards, Sigma reporting, SWIFT payment format testing automation, and treasury platform testing automation.
· Hands-on experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Alteryx, SQL, Python, workflow tools, test automation frameworks, or low-code automation platforms to support treasury process improvement, reporting, and automation, with examples including Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, KNIME, dbt, Apache Airflow, pytest, Robot Framework, and Selenium-based testing approaches.
· Strong proficiency building dashboards, operational KPI views, variance analysis, issue trackers, reconciliations, and executive reporting materials.
· Ability to define dashboard requirements, data models, business rules, workflow metrics, and reporting packs that support treasury oversight and exception-based processing.
· Experience working with large data sets, control evidence, exception reports, process flows, testing evidence, and controls documentation.
· Must have experience supporting or driving automation for SWIFT payment format testing, including payment message validation, formatting rule checks, bank-specific requirements, and regression testing across bank connectivity and treasury payment workflows.
· Must have experience coordinating or executing automated testing across the treasury ecosystem, including payments, settlements, reporting, controls, interfaces, and related system integrations.
· Strong familiarity with SIT, UAT, regression testing, parallel runs, defect triage, test evidence management, and implementation readiness.
· Ability to partner effectively with Technology teams, data teams, and operations stakeholders without being a pure technology role.
· Exposure to AI-enabled automation or agentic workflow capabilities in treasury, finance, or operations is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
