Job Summary

This role as the Process Facilitation Specialist will manage and facilitate subscription service and invoicing processes, ensuring documentation, optimization, and efficient workflow. The role will support process improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Experience in process facilitation, documentation, and optimization.
• Knowledge of subscription service and invoicing processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with workflow automation tools.
• Experience in operational reporting and KPI tracking.

Work Experience

4–7 years of experience in process facilitation and business process management.
