Roles & responsibilities
Learning Program Administration
•
Support the Audit Learning Managers and Assistant Managers in the
successful delivery of courses and curriculums
•
Maintain accurate records in learning management systems (LMS) and
reporting tools.
•
Support the Audit Learning team with ISQM1 tasks and processes.
Stakeholder Support
•
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., P&I, Learning Operations, etc) to
ensure alignment and support for learning delivery.
Reporting & Compliance
•
Support audit readiness by maintaining documentation and evidence of
learning activities.
•
Document and draft ISQM1 controls for review by Audit Learning team.
Continuous Improvement
•
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve
learner experience.
•
Contribute to team initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing learning
delivery.
•

Educational qualifications
•
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration,
HR, or related field.
•
Experience in audit, assurance, or corporate learning environments.
Work experience
•
Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a learning or
professional services environment.
•
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LMS platforms
(e.g., SuccessFactors (preferred), Cornerstone).
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic
environment.
