Job Summary:
This role as the Power BI Manager will lead the development and architecture of Power BI solutions, driving process documentation and optimization. This role will ensure full utilization by supporting both the business transformation and PPMO teams, and will be responsible for establishing best practices, managing cross-team projects, and mentoring junior resources.
Required Skills:

Must-Haves:
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT,
or related field.
•
PMP certification (mandatory for Manager level).
•
Advanced proficiency in Power BI (development and data
architecture).Experience in process documentation and optimization.
•
Strong skills in data analytics and dashboard/reporting.
•
Knowledge of project management concepts.

Preferred:
•
Experience with process automation tools (Power Platform, Power Automate,
SharePoint).
•
Experience in operational reporting and KPI tracking.
•
Familiarity with business transformation initiatives.

9+ years of experience in Power BI development, data architecture, and project management

Lead Power BI solution development and data architecture.

Document and optimize existing processes.

Mentor and guide junior Power BI resources.

Develop and maintain dashboards and status reports.
•
Track and report key performance indicators.
•
Support process automation initiatives as needed.
