About the role
Roles & responsibilities
•
Operate, lead and deliver on securitization engagements related to
asset-backed securities (ABS) and residential backed securities (RMBS)
•
Asset cashflow projection and structured debt modeling. Familiarity and
mastery of securitization cashflow modeling related to various asset
classes such as: Consumer Loans, Equipment, Solar and Digital
Infrastructure
•
Review assets/collateral, model, due diligence reports to confirm
accuracy; prepare client AUP deliverables (agreed-upon procedures report)
and work papers supporting our findings
•
Review due diligence procedures related to securitizations of various
securities collateralized by loans, leases and receivables
•
Review workpapers and final deliverables supporting our findings
•
Contribute to and execute the growth strategy of the team(s) including
markets / products to be addressed, and create skill sets and structures /
org. to facilitate the growth and scalability
•
Look after recruitment, learning and development and performance
management
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•
CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management)
Work experience
•
The candidate must have 8+ years of related working experience in
structured finance domain
Mandatory technical & functional skills
•
Advanced understanding of securitization market, understanding of
regulatory standards relating to structured products
•
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, business writing/verbal
communication skills
•
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task many activities
•
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point)
Preferred technical & functional skills
•
Modeling skills using Excel
•
Familiarity with financial analytical programs such as Collateral Analysis
Systems (CAS), Intex, Bloomberg, and/or ABS Suite
Key behavioral attributes/requirements
•
Personal drive and positive attitude to deliver results within tight
deadlines and in demanding situations
•
Good interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team
