Background:
Operating as a Group function, Supply Management exists to grow the Firm’s ability to select the best sustainable suppliers of goods and services for the firm's internal use and develop robust contracts; helping the firm to reduce risk and save millions of pounds annually.
The role will operate across Group Supply Management in a support role to deliver the audit, reporting and administrative support requirements to effectively run and report upon quality standards across the full Source to Order process.
We are seeking a highly analytical, organised and enthusiastic person to join our Group Supply Management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing the day-to-day internal reporting needs, be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering evidence required through numerous internal and external audits, administering updates to policies, supporting the secretariate for Supply Management governance boards, and delivering the general administration requirements for the wider team when necessary. The Reporting and Audit support role form's part to the Group Supply Management Hub structure and will provide support to the Supply Management Leadership team in the smooth running and evolution of the Supply Management function.
This role requires an analytical skillset to deliver robust reporting needs across spend analysis, Coupa outputs, and other areas related to sourcing savings as required. Responsibilities extend to coordinating and delivering reporting and evidence when responding to multiple audits that are undertaken throughout the year. Examples include ISO27001, ISO45001, ISQM1, SOC2, various external client and internal audits.
The role is also responsible for delivering administrative support to Group Procurement Policy updates; supporting the Voice of the Customer surveys and resulting remedial actions; reporting of key KPIs to Senior Leadership on regular cadence; supporting Sentinel coverage and updates required; supporting third party contractor onboarding; spend analytics tool updates;
