This position will be support the Trust Office within the Enterprise Security Risk Office, responsible for assisting customer-related activities by working closely with team leaders to integrate security strategies into customer interactions.
This position sits within the Security Office focused on building backend support driving the office’s centralized security strategy while translating technical security responses to external audiences.
Enterprise Security Office (ESO) has a Trust Office initiative aimed at enhancing market trust and improving transparency for clients and stakeholders. Its vision is to be a trusted security partner, delivering efficient communication and responses that drive confidence and growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and maintain trust office metrics to measure the effectiveness and transparency of security initiatives.
· Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client interactions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy and timeliness of trust office reporting.
· Support team in responding promptly and accurately to client security-related inquiries, providing clear and comprehensive information about security controls posture.
· Support the automation of reporting workflows and the centralization of documentation to streamline audit and client review processes.
· Continuously identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, client communication, and overall transparency to build market trust and confidence.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 4+ years of experience in information security, risk management, or compliance, with some exposure to team collaboration or project coordination.
· Experience supporting or participating in the development of Security Trust Office processes, policies, or team activities.
· Familiarity with security frameworks (such as NIST, ISO 27001), data privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA), and general industry practices.
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to security-related projects.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus but not required.
