Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications :

• Experience in an assurance, risk or control function.
• Economic Crime Experience (Financial Crime / Fraud).
• Experience at using data to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Working knowledge of Operational Risk & Controls.
• The ability to develop a strong understanding of Financial Crime regulations and policies (Anti Money Laundering, Sanctions) or similar regulations.
• Be a motivated high-performing individual with proven experience of working at one with other colleagues.

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in assessing a process or activity.
• Will have strong Stakeholder management experience and the ability to influence others positively.
