5. Qualification & Experience Requirements

Minimum
: 8+ years post‑qualification (CA/CPA).
Ideal candidates should have:

end-to-end audit background

PCAOB audit exposure
or inspection experience

client management experience

Must have served 3 to 4 busy seasons as Manager for
Senior Manager role
