As an Assistant Manager – Graphic Designer , you will lead creative design initiatives, manage projects, and deliver high-impact visual solutions aligned with global brand standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with global stakeholders and mentoring junior designers.
Lead conceptualization, design, and execution of high-quality creatives for marketing collateral, proposals, and client deliverables
Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers
Ensure all designs align with global brand guidelines and maintain consistency
Create and format client-facing documents (reports, presentations, manuals)
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and present design solutions
Maintain design assets, templates, and document repositories with version control
Ensure quality checks, error-free outputs, and readiness for client presentations
Contribute to design strategy, campaigns, and innovation initiatives
Handle stakeholder communication and manage expectations effectively
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
Strong project management and stakeholder handling ability
Understanding of digital, social, and print design ecosystems
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
10-12 years of experience in graphic design, conceptualization, and client delivery
Experience in team handling or mentoring designers preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating complex visualizations and creative thinking
Geo Supported: Singapore
Work Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:00 PM
Interview Process: 3–4 rounds (including onshore)
Travel: As required
Busy Season: February to October
