Roles & responsibilities
·
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and controlled movement
of
software releases from Development to Production. Key responsibilities
include planning, coordinating, and overseeing software release
activities while strictly adhering to established governance,
compliance, and process standards.
·
Collaborate across multiple projects, working closely with IT and business
stakeholders to support mission‑critical application deployments.
·
Coordinate with technical and product teams to schedule and manage testing
and release activities across environments, including Dev, QA, Staging,
and Production.
·
Provide strong troubleshooting and analytical support for production
issues, ensuring minimal impact to business operations.
·
Manage client relationships by maintaining high standards of service
quality and delivering reliable technical solutions.
·
Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating
accountability and ownership of deliverables.
·
Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
of the organization.
·
Build in‑depth knowledge of systems from both technical and business
perspectives.
·
Apply hands‑on experience in technical change and release management
processes.
·
Collaborate with application, architecture, security, and business teams
to coordinate release schedules and minimize deployment risk
·
Drive cost optimization and performance tuning related to deployed
workloads.
·
Lead cloud migration and rollout activities, including cutover planning
and production go‑live support.
·
Maintain clear deployment documentation, runbooks, and operational
procedures.
·
Continuously improve deployment automation, release efficiency, and
platform reliability by adopting modern DevOps practices and tools.
·
Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) tools and services is a plus, with the
ability to integrate them into cloud-native workflows.
