About the Team:
This team is responsible to manage the Investor Relations and Reporting activities for all the Real Estate Funds. The role will require collaborating closely with the Institutional Client Services team across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a good understanding of the investments across all Real Estate funds we support.
- Completing due diligence questionnaires and responses to investor queries.
- Prepare and review the below quarterly activities by adhering to the deadlines:
- New and ongoing due diligence questionnaires.
- Limited Partner requests, templates, presentations, and other quarterly reports.
- Upload and maintain the Qvidian library.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onshore teams, promptly addressing their business needs and requests.
- Participate in the process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.
- Identify process gaps and initiate process improvement projects.
- Manage any Ad-Hoc requests that may come up.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in financial and performance reporting.
- Communication Skills: The profile involves effective communication across clients’ facilities globally and hence strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Team Environment: A desire to work in a team environment with dynamic roles, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word).
- Qvidian Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Qvidian library and experience in preparing ‘Pitch Books’ will be an added advantage.
- Relevant Experience: Prior work experience in domains such as real estate, private equity, investor relations, investor reporting etc. will be an added advantage.
