This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, customer intelligence, and business decisioning , partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive growth, improve customer outcomes, and optimize business performance.
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Solve complex business and customer problems using data and analytics.
- Lead end-to-end analytical workstreams from problem definition through implementation.
- Drive customer, commercial, and operational outcomes through actionable insights.
- Influence decisions through evidence-based recommendations and compelling storytelling.
- Partner effectively with stakeholders across business, product, digital, marketing, and risk teams.
- Have excellent communication skills.
