Overall purpose of role
As an integral member of the Tooling/Data team, you will play a crucial part in the development of the simplification and automation of our LRR Mapping processes. The Tooling/Data team will be responsible for fielding Experience: 4-8 years, Location – Pune,
Keywords: Project Transformation, Risk and Controls, Co-Pilot, Prompts.
Key Accountabilities
· Act as a thought leader on the use of advanced analytics and AI within OLO, identifying opportunities to move from tactical automation to strategic insight generation.
· Build and sustain a high‑performing analytics and tooling capability , including knowledge sharing, reusable assets, and best‑practice adoption.
· Proactively identify, assess, and manage delivery, data, and model risks , escalating material issues with clear mitigation plans.
· Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and embedding data‑led decision‑making across the function.
· Design analytics and modelling solutions to OLO business problems using data expertise.
· Collaboration with technology to specify any dependencies required for analytical solutions, such as data, development environments and tools.
· Support the identification and delivery of essential enhancements to the strategic tool
· Be a key contributor in the creation and implementation of a self-service model for Project Arthur's Management Information system
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging advanced analytics to identify and address inefficiencies.
· Actively incorporate Artificial Intelligence into our tools and processes to achieve measurable improvements in efficiency and cost savings
Stakeholder Management
· Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the OLO, Control and Support functions
· Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with the CCO Data Analytics team
· Work within a matrix structure, collaborating with colleagues from different organisational units, across various departments and teams

· Escalate any issues or trends to your team leader ensure continuous improvement is delivered in a controlled fashion.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

· Intermediate level of experience using Excel and PowerPoint
· Experience in data gathering and analysis

· Experience in senior stakeholder management. Ability to manage relationships across multiple disciplines
