• Proposed Designation: Assistant Manager
• Role Type: Supervisory
• Review the work performed by the subordinates and coach them
• 3-4 direct reportees
• Reporting To: Manager / Sr. Manager
• Geo to be Supported: ROW
• Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth first level review of all CCT documentation executed by the team, including documentation in relation to testing conclusions.
• Wherever needed, perform testing of certain complex controls: support team members with testing and resolve their day-to-day queries.
• Provide regular status updates on the Test of Implementation / Test of Operating Effectiveness progress to Member firm.
• Resolving queries in a meaningful manner including liaising with the global team, if required.
• Understand the impact and purpose of SoQM on the overall processes of the MFs and support the project for a qualitative conclusion.
• Review of the global material, guide released by the global and disseminating the knowledge for CCT Testing.
• Self-motivated, good in coordination and driving tasks to closure.
• Ability to work independently or with little monitoring and in teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA)
• Work Experience: 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Statutory/ Internal Audit in a similar environment (Audit and Accounting firms)
