We are seeking an Engineering Manager (SG28) to lead an offshore team delivering full‑stack mobile features and Generative AI solutions. This role is focused on people leadership, technical direction, and delivery ownership, with strong collaboration across onshore engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and architectural leadership for full‑stack and GenAI initiatives using React Native, Node.js, Python, LangChain, and LangGraph
• Lead and mentor the offshore engineering team, driving career development, technical excellence, and team engagement
• Partner closely with onshore engineering and business teams to align priorities, translate business needs into technical outcomes, and ensure predictable delivery
• Guide the application of engineering best practices, design patterns, and architectural standards across the team
• Own delivery commitments, quality, and adherence to agile practices, including participation in design reviews, code reviews, and ceremonies
• Participate in and lead code deployments and release management, ensuring reliable, repeatable, and low-risk production releases
• Promote effective use of modern development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to improve productivity and code quality
• Stay current with advances in AI, ML, and software engineering, guiding thoughtful adoption within the team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in an offshore or distributed model
• Experience guiding teams working with MongoDB and RESTful APIs
• Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and modern release automation practices
• Experience with Azure and/or cloud platforms
• Solid understanding of full‑stack mobile architectures (TypeScript, React/React Native, Zustand/Redux, Node.js, Python)
• Proven exposure to Generative AI systems, including LangChain, LangGraph, and agent‑based solutions
• Proven solid grasp of system design, architectural decision‑making, and software design patterns
• Proven solid communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to balance technical depth and leadership accountability
