Consultant : Procurement -SAP Fieldglass implementation

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP Fieldglass implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects

• Gather and analyze business requirements for:

• Contingent Workforce Management (CW)

• Services Procurement (SP)

• Translate business requirements into SAP Fieldglass system configuration

• Configure Fieldglass objects such as:

• Master Data

• Job Posting Templates and SOW Templates

• Rate Structures & Pay Types

• Approval workflows

• User roles and permissions

• Support UAT preparation, execution, and defect resolution

• Handling cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support

• Provide functional guidance on best practices and standard Fieldglass processes

Integration & Technical Collaboration

• Work with technical teams on integrations between:

• SAP Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA / ECC

• SAP Ariba

• HR or Finance systems

• Support integration testing and data validation

• Understand file-based and API-based integrations (high-level)

Prepare and maintain:

• Functional design documents

• Configuration workbooks

• Test scripts and training materials

• Support vendor onboarding and user training

• Handle change requests and minor enhancements

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass

• Strong knowledge of:

• Contingent Workforce module

• Services Procurement module

• Understanding of procurement, HR, or external workforce processes

• Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP Ariba or SAP S/4HANA integration

• Exposure to global implementations or multi-country rollouts

• SAP Fieldglass certification
