Job Summary:
This role as Process Automation Specialist will design, develop, and optimize workflow automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint lists/forms) to improve operational efficiency. T he role may be combined with Power BI development if the candidate possesses both skill sets.
Required Skills:
Ø
Must-Haves:
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT,
or related field.
•
Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint).Experience in
workflow automation and process optimization.
•
Knowledge of project management concepts.
Ø
Preferred:
•
Experience with Power BI development.
•
Experience in operational reporting and KPI tracking.
Ø
Work Experience:
4–7 years of experience in process automation and workflow development.

Proficient with project management concepts.

Strong oral & written communication skills.
