As a Manager – Graphic Designer , you will lead strategic creative initiatives, drive design excellence, and manage high-impact global projects. You will play a key role in stakeholder management, team leadership, and ensuring delivery of innovative, brand-aligned solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Lead end-to-end creative strategy, conceptualization, and execution for global campaigns and client deliverables
Manage and mentor a team of designers, driving performance and capability development
Oversee multiple complex design projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful visual solutions
Ensure adherence to global brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across deliverables
Drive innovation, introduce new design trends, tools, and best practices
Review and approve high-quality outputs for presentations, reports, and marketing collateral
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide strategic design recommendations
Establish and maintain design processes, templates, and asset libraries
Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Strong understanding of branding, digital, print, and social media design
Ability to manage large-scale projects and cross-functional collaboration
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
14+ years of experience in graphic design, creative strategy, and client delivery
Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
Strong portfolio showcasing complex and high-impact design work
Geo Supported: Singapore
Work Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:00 PM
Interview Process: 3–4 rounds (including onshore)
Travel: As required
Busy Season: February to October
