Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ASP.NET Core 6+, MVC architecture, front-end development, and Microsoft Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management experience, and hands-on experience mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core 6+ and MVC architecture.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and best practice implementations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support team capability building.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.
• Strong expertise in:
  • ASP.NET Core 6+
  • MVC Framework
  • C#
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • REST APIs
  • SQL Server
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience in application deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Proven experience in team mentoring and technical leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Exposure to frontend frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage.
