To be successful as a “Tech Control Testing”, you should have experience with:

• IT & Cyber Infrastructure leadership experience with deep understanding of enterprise IT platforms, including cloud services, Networking & firewall, Cryptography, Active Directory, Microsoft platforms and more. 
• Good understanding of governance, risk, and compliance methodologies, including management experience of Testing/audit lifecycle stages.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrating a collaborative approach across a range of stakeholders, including senior colleagues and the ability to communicate technical scenarios in plain English.
• Team player with an ability to support colleagues in achieving team objectives.
• Proven experience of leading delivery with a decoupled matrix team.
• Ability to build technical Data Analytic scripts.
• Critical thinking, balancing Business and Technical viewpoints.
• Knowledge of Data Security, Security Operations, Secure Configuration, Vulnerability Management processes.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• CEH or CISSP certified or similar security certification, vendor qualifications in AWS, Azure cloud platforms.
• Good software engineering background, with experience in modern development tools and processes.
• Experience in developer education, developer enablement, or technical advocacy with a background in hosting technical workshops, hackathons, or meetups.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise-wide risk management processes and security tools.
