We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager in the Risk Advisory Services team. In this team, your responsibilities will include leading a team of Seniors and Executives for executing projects on behalf of international KPMG teams and clients (onshore teams). In addition, you will be required to:
• Proper understanding of key financial metrics like Revenue, Costs, Margin, Pipeline and Bookings
• Good understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet statements
• Prepare/publish Financial reports, decks, dashboards covering key metrics
• Perform multifaceted analysis on Financial data & provide meaningful insight
• Ability to reconcile the numbers & eliminate differences in reporting
• Leading financial projects single handedly
• Drive process improvement including Automation of reports
• Develop new skills on various new data analytics platforms, and align the reports accordingly for maximum efficiency and standardization
• Creation and maintenance of SOPs for all major activities
• Maintain 100% Quality standards & ensure completeness and accuracy in financial reporting
• Provide real time coverage to the US geography stakeholders (3 PM IST onwards)

• Conduct training sessions on new skills & projects undertaken. Share best practices
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
• Qualifications: Graduate (Commerce)
Work experience
• A graduate must have 7-11 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm
Mandatory technical & functional skills
• Proper understanding of key financial metrics like Revenue, Costs, Margin, Pipeline and Bookings and good understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet statements
• Skillset:
MS Advance Excel (Expert)
MS PowerPoint (Advanced)
Power BI (Expert)
Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, VBA, Tableau
Preferred technical & functional skills
• Willingness to work in the afternoon shift (3 PM IST onwards) for maximum US coverage
• Excellent Communication Skills
