Work across functional lines to strive for and ensure consistent data quality
Conduct continuous review of reports and identify opportunities for improvements with the aim of minimizing redundant reporting and development of single source
Identify, Analyze, and Interpret data trends or patterns using statistical techniques relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets
Provide increased focus on analytics and emphasize on providing valuable insights to drive improvement opportunities
Automate & translate reporting needs into reports and dashboards
Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards and practices related to data management, risk and compliance

Primary skills

Develop and deploy interactive dashboards in Power BI using DAX and advanced data modeling techniques to provide actionable business insights.
Manage and integrate data from diverse sources, including Azure Data Lake (ADL), SQL databases, Oracle databases, and Alteryx workflows, ensuring efficient data import and processing.
Design comprehensive data models that enhance reporting capabilities and support dynamic and scalable visualization solutions.
Execut e robust data transformation processes using Power Query to clean, prepare, and optimize data for analysis and reporting.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI to safeguard data access and maintain confidentiality, ensuring that users view only data pertinent to their roles.
Write and o ptimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation, enhancing overall database performance and reporting accuracy. Utilize PL/SQL for complex data retrieval tasks in Oracle SQL and knowledge to use Azure Data Factory.

Analytical/Decision Making, Critical Thinking, Problem-solving and be very detail oriented
Experience working in an agile methodology
Knowledge on tools like Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, SharePoint, MS Power Platform etc.
Additional ETL or Visualization tool knowledge will be highly preferred
Must be able to work with minimal direction and be very flexible to coordinate complex activities that are often subject to rapid or extensive changes
Should have extensive stakeholder interaction
