About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic professionals with a strong foundation in Audit who are keen to build a career in Deal Advisory / Financial Due Diligence (FDD) . This role offers exposure to live transactions, financial analysis, and working closely with senior stakeholders across engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Analyze financial statements, identify trends, and highlight key business drivers
- Assist in identifying financial risks, quality of earnings adjustments, and working capital insights
- Prepare data books and contribute to FDD/VDD reports with meaningful insights
- Develop analytical observations and formulate queries for management discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support senior stakeholders on engagements
- Deliver high-quality work within tight timelines in a fast-paced deal environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ months of experience in Statutory / Internal Audit
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial statement analysis
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a deal-driven environment
