Why This Role Is Valuable
The People Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) Analyst is a key member of the People & Culture (P&C) team, supporting day-to-day operations, management of P&C data, and analytics for 10+ portfolio partners. This role is critical in ensuring P&C service excellence, data integrity, process efficiency, and actionable people insights through Workday and related HR systems.
How You Add Value to People Operations:
Candidate Requirements:
· Experience: 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations and using Workday HCM in a global or matrixed environment.
· Workday Proficiency: Knowledge of Workday HCM, including Workday business processes, reporting, and troubleshooting.
· HR Service Delivery: Strong understanding of HR service delivery models and case management systems (e.g., Workday Help).
· Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data, generate insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
· Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, auditing, and reporting.
· Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
· Autonomy : Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proactively manage tasks, and make informed decisions while balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder expectations.
· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with global teams.
· Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving processes and technologies.
· Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Preferences:
· ServiceNow Proficiency : General understanding of ServiceNow functionality
· Cross-Functional HR Knowledge: General understanding of core HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HRIS. Ability to collaborate across disciplines to support integrated HR service delivery.
