About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – IT Audit / Tech Assurance to lead and execute technology risk and assurance engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT controls, SOX, SOC reporting, and PCAOB audits, along with a proven track record of managing teams and client relationships.

Mandatory Skills & Certifications

IT Audit & Tech Assurance

ITGC (Information Technology General Controls)

ITAC (Information Technology Application Controls)

SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance

SOC 1 / SOC 2 reporting

PCAOB audit experience

CISA Certified (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Lead IT audit and assurance engagements for international/onshore clients

Manage and mentor a team of professionals

Serve as the primary point of contact for onshore stakeholders

Execute SOX and PCAOB audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Review and assess ITGC, ITAC, and SOC reporting frameworks

Track quality metrics, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with recruitment and L&D teams for hiring and training needs

Preferred Background

Experience with Big10 firms

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Proven ability to lead multiple engagements simultaneously
