HDFC Digital Factory is one of the biggest Digital Banking organizations of India aiming to serve
huge customers base across India. With digital factory HDFC is going through a major digital
transformation within it banking business creating ripples in the Fintech world of India. Digital
Factory will provide cutting edge digital solutions for all business lines like Payment, Wealth,
Wallets, Core Banking, loan/ lending etc.
Strong hands-on experience in React.js programming.
Good understanding of React Hooks, state management (Redux/Context API), routing, and component optimization techniques.
Experience working with modern frontend tools and UI libraries such as Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks.
Solid understanding of application deployment processes, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control using Git.
Basic knowledge of backend services, RESTful APIs, and system integration.
Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues using logs, monitoring tools, and browser debugging tools.
Good understanding of performance optimization using profiling tools and analytics.
Awareness of frontend security concepts including XSS prevention, secure token handling, encryption/decryption, and secure API communication.
Ability to clearly articulate the architecture of current or previous projects and explain individual contributions.
Experience owning end-to-end feature delivery, including making technical decisions and ensuring quality implementation.
 Given this is a front-end heavy role, it will enhance exposure on building highly responsive web/
mobile applications (React JS, Dart,Flutter).
 Collaboration with UX, VD, Product and Business teams and deliver high quality software
 Design and build Web Applications for different platforms and associated tools for development,
debugging and instrumentation.
 Designing world class completely digital, fully automated no human touch digital banking
experience for customers.
 Intergrate with super scalable and secure backend core banking microservices.
 Ensuring high quality through automated unit and functional test cases.
 Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
 Designing and developing scalable, responsive and highly secure internal and external facing

Educational Qualifications Key Skills
 8-10 years of experience as a full
stack developer or similar role
 Relevant computer science degree
or relevant experience
 Strong hands on experience Web and Mobile front
end expert with exposure to full stack development
(React JS/ReactNative/Flutter)
 Strong systems design experience with DS/ Algo
 Proven experience on ReactJS, React native or
Flutter
 Thorough Understanding of Design Patterns and
CLEAN Architecture
 Led at least one large scale project to delivery
 Good understanding of integration patterns
 Experience with Notification, Async
communication, websocket, chatbot
implementation
 Understanding of microservices (Springboots,
NodeJS)
 Cloud experience AWS/ GCP/ Azure (certifications
preferred)
 Google Firebase, Adobe analytics
 Strong on creativity for building intuitive and
