Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Code of Ethics Center of Excellence (COE), bringing a strong blend of technical capability and compliance experience. This role will play an important part in a major compliance platform transition while also supporting the effective delivery of core Code of Ethics processes. Initially, the role will focus on migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, validation, testing, and user acceptance support. Following implementation, the analyst will serve as a key member of the COE team, supporting system administration, data management, reporting, and process enhancement to help enable efficient, scalable, and well-governed compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Extract, analyze, transform, and validate data from Ethics legacy systems using advanced Excel and data tools.
· Support compliance platform implementation activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing, validation, and issue resolution.
· Partner with cross-functional teams, technology stakeholders, and process owners on data integration and process alignment.
· Maintain and administer compliance systems post-implementation to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable operations.
· Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support compliance monitoring, management reporting, and decision-making.
· Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and broader COE initiatives to enhance scalability and control effectiveness.

In this role, you will combine technical execution with strong operational discipline to support a critical compliance function. You will be expected to manage data with accuracy, contribute to system and process changes, and collaborate effectively across stakeholders to strengthen reporting, governance, and day-to-day execution within the Code of Ethics COE.
· 4+ years of experience in compliance, risk, legal operations, or a related environment.
· Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
· Experience supporting system implementation, testing, validation, or user acceptance activities.
· Understanding of compliance operations, reporting, and control-oriented processes.
· Preferred experience with MCO and Star Compliance platforms.
· Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and stakeholder management capability.
