Position Summary 

The Presentation Graphics Analyst is responsible for creating, refining, and quality-checking executive presentations for the Legal & Compliance Center of Excellence. This role serves as a dedicated PowerPoint resource, providing high-quality slide formatting, visual enhancement, and presentation production support for leadership communications, strategic updates, and operational reviews. 

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a consulting firm's Visual Graphics (VG) or Presentation Services team and possesses advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Macabacus. They should be highly detail-oriented and capable of transforming rough drafts into polished, executive-ready presentations with minimal guidance. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Format and enhance PowerPoint presentations to meet executive and leadership standards. 
• Apply consistent formatting, alignment, spacing, and visual design across presentation materials. 
• Create and refine charts, process flows, timelines, org charts, and other business visuals using PowerPoint and Macabacus. 
• Redraw slides and graphics to improve clarity, consistency, and visual impact. 
• Perform comprehensive quality-control reviews to ensure presentations are accurate, professional, and free of formatting inconsistencies. 
• Convert rough content, screenshots, sketches, and draft slides into polished deliverables. 
• Support rapid-turnaround requests and presentation updates across global teams. 
• Maintain presentation templates and reusable visual assets. 

Qualifications 

• 4-6 years of experience in a Visual Graphics, Presentation Services, or similar presentation-production role. 
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including complex slide formatting, charting, and diagram creation. 
• Experience using Macabacus. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

Preferred Background 

• Experience in the Visual Graphics (VG) team of a leading consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Big Four, or similar). 
• Experience supporting senior executives, client teams, or strategy presentations. 
• Experience working in a global shared-services or offshore delivery environment.

• Serves as a trusted "last mile" presentation expert, ensuring all decks meet leadership standards before distribution.
