As a successful candidate, should ideally have the following skills and
exposure:

Data Management & SQL/SAS:
Expertise in data management principles, SQL/SAS programming for data
extraction and manipulation, and database management systems.

Reporting & Dashboard Development:
Proficiency in developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
using reporting tools and data visualization techniques. Ability to create
clear and concise v
isualizations (using Tableau
) of key data.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to
non-technical stakeholders or senior partners and collaborate with business
partners to understand reporting requirements.

Automation & Scripting:
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) and automation
tools (e.g., SSIS) for automating report generation, data refreshes, and
other routine tasks and leverage AI tools

Project Management:
Ability to independently manage & drive projects/new assignments,
challenge existing workflow/process and enhance for betterment and drive
continues improvement.

AI Exposure :
Knowledge of AI tools and usage in reporting & analytics space
Education:

Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
