Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Bangalore Team: Capability Hubs – Creative Services Geo Support: Singapore Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM About the Role We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our global creative team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for marketing collateral, client proposals, and digital platforms. This role requires strong conceptualization, design execution, and client collaboration skills within a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities Produce high-end designs for print, digital, and social media Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate requirements into compelling visuals Maintain design assets and ensure version control Qualifications & Skills University degree in Graphic Design or related field 8+ years of professional design experience Expert in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong portfolio showcasing complex visualizations and creative thinking Excellent communication and project management skills Knowledge of current design trends and brand systems
