To be successful as a "Business Oversight Compliance -Transaction Banking",
you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

Risk‑Based Control & Issue Assessment (GTB / Private‑Side Context):
Ability to independently assess conduct, regulatory, and reputational risks
arising from GTB activities (e.g. Trade & Working Capital, Payments,
Cash Management), including private‑side risk, MNPI exposure, and conflicts;
confidently check‑and‑challenge 1LoD risk assessments (CRAs/DRAs), ORACs,
and issues, and support proportionate escalation and remediation.

Strong Understanding of GTB Products, Processes & Operating Model:
Demonstrated understanding of GTB business models and end‑to‑end processes,
including Trade Finance, Global Payments Services, Wholesale Shared
Services, and high‑volume, technology‑enabled operations, with the ability
to identify where inherent compliance and conduct risks arise within
complex, process‑driven environments.

Governance, MI & Cross‑Border Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to support
effective GTB governance through high‑quality MI, Verification Checks,
product reviews, and Control Forum inputs; engage confidently with COO,
Operations, Product, and Change stakeholders across regions; and deliver
clear, practical, regulator‑safe advisory support in a fast‑paced, global
operating environment.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of transaction banking rules and regulations
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
