.NET Core Developer - Azure Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented .NET Core Developer with Azure expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications on Azure, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable microservices-based applications using .NET Core and Azure services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify solutions, and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based applications, leveraging Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and Azure SQL Database for seamless integration.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance on the Azure platform.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate deployment processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews, offering constructive feedback and mentorship to junior developers to uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues proactively, leveraging Azure monitoring tools to ensure reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing applications using .NET Core and C#.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, specifically Microsoft Azure, including experience with Azure architecture and services.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, with proficiency in Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Developer Associate) is a plus.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with application security best practices and vulnerability assessment tools.
