Analyst Strategy Real Estate Funds

Analyst (Asia Core+ Strategy, Real Estate Funds), Gurugram, India

Role Overview

The Analyst will support the Asia Core+ Strategy by working across investor materials, fund reporting, data management and research. The Analyst will work closely with the Lead Analyst and cross ‑ functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of high ‑ quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist in preparing quarterly letters, flash reports, talking points, investor templates and fund snapshots

·        Support development of pitchbooks, marketing materials and content for the Limited Partners Annual Conferences

·        Contribute to due diligence responses, coordinating inputs and verifying data

·        Prepare and update datasets on valuation metrics, asset ‑ level details, fund analytics and performance indicators

·        Conduct research across markets, sectors and comparable funds to support strategic materials

·        Support preparation of SMA letters and other recurring investor communications

·        Work closely with the Lead Analyst, incorporating feedback and ensuring consistency of work quality

·        Assist in variance analysis, trend identification and preparation of commentary for stakeholders

·        Maintain structured documentation and clear communication across internal teams

·        Support ad ‑ hoc analysis and operational enhancements across the fund

Essential Skills & Experience:

·        1.5–3 years’ experience in financial analysis, real estate, investment banking, private equity, consulting or related fields

·        Strong foundational knowledge of financial concepts, valuation and fund reporting

·        Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

·        Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

·        Good communication skills and willingness to learn

·        Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields (preferred)

·        High analytical aptitude and strong problem ‑ solving capability

·        Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline ‑ driven environment
