Roles & responsibilities

• Conduct external audits (Technology audits) in accordance with the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) Auditing Standards.
• Lead team in conducting Process understanding discussions with the Clients as part of assessing risks arising from their use of Technology and identify control gaps within their processes.
• Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation assessment (ECC, GRC and S/4HANA), including assessment/validation of system configuration, integration, data migration, and post-go-live support.
• Lead team in evaluating and documenting the design and operating effectiveness of technology controls pertaining to Client’s Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.
• Lead team in performing SDLC controls testing in accordance with the PCAOB standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, ensure compliance (GRC), and drive process improvements leveraging SAP best practices.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills for all engagements being led.
• Demonstrate the ability to identify process gaps and provide clear, objective feedback to clients, enabling them to address areas for improvement.
• Build and nurture a positive working relationship with External / Internal stakeholders.
• Share learnings and provides on the job training to junior team members.
• Contribute to the Knowledge Management agenda of the practice by assisting in technical knowledge development and trainings.

This role is for you if you have  the below

• Education Qualification: BE / B-Tech; Post-Graduates (MBA / MCA / MTech)
• Experience working on SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP GRC, SAP Rise
• Certifications like CISA, CISSP preferred.

Work Experience

• The candidate must have 5-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm.

Preferred technical & functional skills

• Implementation experience - SAP ERP (ECC, GRC and S/4HANA) including configuration, migration, and integration.
• Proficient with MS Office suite of applications [MS Word, MS Exec, MS PowerPoint]

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•        Strong expertise in SAP ECC, GRC and S/4HANA including configuration, customization, migration, and Fiori apps; deep understanding of end-to-end business processes across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Manufacturing.

•        Proficiency in SAP HANA database, experience with integration tools like PI/PO or CPI and handling APIs, IDocs, and RFCs.

•        Hands-on experience with SAP GRC for Access Control, Process Control, SoD analysis, and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR); solid grasp of SAP authorization concepts and security.

•        Ability to manage full lifecycle implementations, data migration (LTMC, LSMW), troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for stakeholder management and documentation.
