Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming expertise in Python, experience with web frameworks, databases, APIs, and a good understanding of software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases for data management.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
• Analyze and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming concepts, OOPs, and design patterns.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience in developing REST APIs.
• Good understanding of SQL and databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or Redis.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks ( PyTest, Unittest ).
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
