Job Title: Functional Consultant - Avature

Employment: On the payroll of Talent Destination Pvt. Ltd., deployed at Emergere Technologies LLC (https://www.emergertech.com/) client site.

Locations: Gurgaon/Noida /Hyderabad - Hybrid / Remote

End Client: CBRE

Timings : UK Shift (2PM to 11 PM) OR (4PM to 1AM)s

Experience: 5-7yrs (3–4 yrs relevant)

Role Overview:

Seeking a highly experienced Functional Consultant – Avature. This role is integration and data focused while requiring deep hands-on expertise in Avature configuration (workflows, forms, fields, templates, roles, permissions, and security) to ensure high-quality data capture and downstream integration readiness.

Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HR systems will be highly regarded.

Avature Configuration & Platform Expertise:

· Lead advanced Avature configuration including workflows, forms, fields, and contract templates.

· Manage user roles, permissions, and security models.

· Ensure strong data structure, validation, and governance within Avature.

· Align Avature configuration with integration and data architecture requirements.

· Optimize platform for Recruitment, Offer Management, and Onboarding.

Junction Integration Engineering:

· Define data mapping, orchestration logic, transformation rules, and error handling.

· Build scalable integration frameworks for enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 5-6+ years in HR technology, integrations, and data platforms.

· Deep expertise in Avature configuration (workflows, forms, fields, templates, roles, permissions, security).

· Strong hands-on experience with Avature Junction integrations.

· Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and integration frameworks.

· Strong experience and exposure to AI-related technologies and projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

· Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HR systems

· Experience in Avature’s Agentic AI capabilities using Agent builder.

· Experience in global TA transformation programs.
