Recruitment Ops Specialist

Responsibilities  
● Lead the complete offer management process & work in partnership with the recruitment team & HR Ops team. ● Work in conjunction with offered candidates to understand their perspective and take them along in pre-onboarding journey ● Lead the pre employment screening process and collaborate with varied parties like BGV agency, recruiters, candidates etc to make sure the process is adhered to. ● Work closely with the HR BPs & the HR Ops team on any process related activities. ● Person would also act as an RC for Executive/ Corporate roles with COE Leadership/ Executive Team ● Lead the complete pre-onboarding process and work in collaboration with recruiters, HR ops and hiring managers. ● Updating relevant audience wrt joiners on weekly basis, so their system access, laptops, relocation and other hygiene aspects are covered. ● Contribute in TA projects in collaboration with global teams. ● Vendor/ Contract management poc. 

Requirements  
● 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Preferred knowledge of ATS like ICIMS or Workday ● Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and tools ● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required ● Proficiency with Google Office Suite is preferred .
