Must Haves 

Required Skills 

● Strong technical expertise in designing and delivering scalable, reliable, and observable backend systems, including the ability to deeply understand systems to challenge design choices and identify failure points, dependencies, and scalability issues. 

● Experience driving end-to-end project delivery including planning, estimation, risk mitigation, and execution tracking. 

● Solid understanding of SDLC best practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD, on-call processes) and driving operational excellence through metrics .
