We are seeking an experienced and technical Mobile Lead as an Individual Contributor (IC) to take complete end-to-end ownership of our mobile application core ecosystem. In this role, you will lead technology architectural decisions, drive performance optimizations, and mentor a small, highly focused team of mobile engineers .
End-to-End Ownership: Take complete IC ownership of the architecture, stability, performance, and scaling of BlueStone’s core mobile application.
Architecture & Internals: Build and optimize high-performance mobile architectures—focusing on image/asset loading strategies, memory management, offline handling, and smooth UI frame rendering.
Technical Guidance: Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 mobile engineers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices in clean architecture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, UX/UI, and Backend teams to translate complex omni-channel feature specs into responsive mobile experiences.
App Performance & Security: Drive app monitoring, crash resolution, CI/CD pipeline improvements, build size optimization, and security practices.
Experience: 5+ years of core hands-on mobile development experience.
Core Tech Stack: Strong deep-dive expertise in Flutter (Dart), state management, and native integration (Android/iOS).
Domain Mastery: In-depth knowledge of mobile performance tuning, asset caching, image loading pipeline optimization, app life-cycle internals, and memory management.
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent hold over Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) along with low-level/high-level system design patterns.
Individual Contributor Mindset: Proven ability to drive projects independently, lay down architecture, and lead execution in high-growth environments.
