About the Role

We are in the process of setting up a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India and are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support this initiative. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain end-to-end exposure across hiring, operations, and program execution.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams and driving disciplined execution during the GCC setup phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end program management for GCC setup initiatives
• Track and manage multiple workstreams including hiring, infrastructure, vendors, and compliance
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and leadership review presentations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, Admin, and IT to ensure timely execution
• Drive follow-ups on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and process notes
• Assist in establishing governance cadence (weekly reviews, status updates, reporting structures)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in program management, PMO, consulting, or founder’s office roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis, reporting, and presentations)
• Structured thinking with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high sense of ownership
