Program Manager II (Non-Technical) — Temporary
| Location: |
Noida, India (Bldg 129) |
Role Summary
Manages cross-functional programs of moderate complexity end to end —
planning through delivery. Works independently, resolves issues
proactively, and communicates status clearly to distributed stakeholders
across time zones. Uses AI tools as part of standard workflow.
Responsibilities
Program Management
-
Own program plans: milestones, dependencies, owners, timelines, and
decision logs
-
Run program cadence (standups, async check-ins, reviews) suited to team
distribution
-
Drive workback planning from target dates; flag timeline risk early with
options
Risk and Issue Management
-
Proactively identify risks and gaps — including those not yet raised by
owners
-
Maintain a risk register; assess impact, track mitigations, escalate
with context
- Flag scope or assumption drift before it affects delivery
Communication and Coordination
-
Deliver audience-appropriate updates: operational detail for teams,
concise status for managers
-
Maintain shared trackers and reference docs that distributed teams can
act from asynchronously
-
Own action item closure, not just assignment; follow up with appropriate
persistence
AI and Process
-
Use AI tools to draft communications, summarize meetings, generate
status reports
-
Identify and implement lightweight AI-assisted workflows to reduce
friction across teams
-
Standardize repeatable program elements — templates, intake, review
formats
Required Qualifications
-
3–5+ years in program management, project coordination, or operations
-
Track record of proactively identifying risks, not just reporting what
owners surface
- Experience coordinating across distributed teams and time zones
-
Strong written English — clear status updates, decision summaries,
stakeholder briefs
-
Proficiency with collaboration/tracking tools (Confluence, Jira, Asana,
Smartsheet, or similar)
-
Active working familiarity with AI productivity tools (LLMs or AI-native
apps)
Preferred Qualifications
- Large enterprise or matrixed organization experience
-
Familiarity with program health frameworks: RAG status, RAID logs, risk
registers
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, or equivalent (or in progress)
- Experience with async coordination across APAC and US time zones
