The Opportunity

With your experience in web development, web development applications, assets management software, and content delivery applications, join a team of technical experts supporting our strategic customers who use our premium support services.

Key elements of the role involve:

• Handling technical issues
• Ensuring customers are set up for success
• Troubleshooting complex tickets
• Working closely with internal Adobe Support, TAMs, and Engineering teams

You will:

• Field customer questions
• Work on high-priority technical issues
• Interact regularly with customers
• Proactively anticipate and avoid issues

When required, you may need to go onsite to help expedite issue resolution or support customer experience improvement initiatives.

The objective of this group is to build memorable customer experiences and help strategic customers become highly successful using Adobe products.

What You'll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for customer technical concerns
• Advocate for customer needs with internal Product and Engineering teams
• Provide timely responses, updates, and resolutions to technical inquiries
• Understand customer business priorities and business impact
• Navigate internal Adobe teams on behalf of customers
• Build strong relationships across customer teams and regions
• Establish trust with global customer stakeholders and cultures

What You Need to Succeed

Technology Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
  • Java
  • JavaScript
  • JEE application servers
  • Databases
  • LDAP server technologies
• Experience with:
  • HTML5
  • XHTML
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • XML

Technical Support Skills

• Strong understanding of:
  • Performance tuning and optimization
  • Debugging application issues
  • API-level integrations with third-party applications
• Experience across:
  • Installation
  • Troubleshooting
  • Upgrading
  • Integration
  • Client/server operations
• Exposure to a wide range of operating systems and enterprise software environments

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
