Technical Skillset

(Must have)

• Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Oversee general plant and utility maintenance activities (transformers, compressors, chillers, HVAC, Automotive plant equipment - Press, Body, Paint) across client sites.
• Downtime Reduction: Implement preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown rectification, and root cause analysis (such as Why-Why analysis) for technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, Kaizen, and energy conservation.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and guide large on-site engineering and maintenance teams in daily operations and safety compliance. Should be able to fix KPIs for the contract.
• Client & Cost Management: Handle client interactions, manage site-level budgets (OPEX), track performance KPIs, and drive cost-optimization initiatives.
• Should be willing to Travel.
